At TIG Global, Jos manages all aspects of the company’s growth, performance, strategic direction, and operations, including its integration into MICROS’ global organization. Prior to leading TIG Global, Jos worked for eight years as Vice President of Hotel Product Development at MICROS Systems, where he directed the company’s OPERA product-development team. Under his leadership, OPERA became the number-one software system for hotel property management, expanding its long-standing client base with a host of distribution solutions and comprehensive functionality. With more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Jos brings a wealth of expertise to the TIG Global team.
Paul provides strategic guidance to hospitality brands and leads TIG Global product and service development. By focusing on the nexus of marketing, creative and technology, Paul helps clients maximize their online visibility, increase conversion and drive incremental revenue. Since January 2010, Paul has overseen the expansion of TIG Global’s presence and capability internationally as well as led the integration of TIG Global services with MICROS software. Paul is a regular speaker at industry events, bringing practical insights to eCommerce issues facing hotel marketers. Previously, Paul scaled TIG Global's creative and technology services department to effectively meet the company’s explosive growth and increasingly complex accounts. Prior to TIG Global, Paul was Director of Application Strategy at Bixler Incorporated, where he directed all major client engagements. Paul has also held management positions in the advertising and publishing sectors. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia.
As head of Client Services at TIG Global, Hector oversees the Client Services and Web Marketing Departments. He manages the day to day operations as well as the strategic online direction for all clients to maximize conversion and increase brand awareness. Hector joined TIG Global in January 2011 and brings to TIG Global more than 13 years of sales, marketing, and operations experience in the hospitality industry, having held a number of management positions with MICROS Systems, Inc. Prior to joining TIG Global, Hector served as Director of Operations for the MICROS Mid-Atlantic District Office.
As VP of Business Development, Kurt oversees the rapidly growing Retail division within MICROS eCommerce Services. Working closely with sister company, Fry Inc, Kurt provides retail clients full-service eCommerce platform and marketing services. Kurt began his career as a Web Marketing Analyst back in 2001, as TIG Global's first employee. Previously, Kurt managed the company’s online marketing department, efficiently spending over $15 million annually on behalf of TIG Global’s clients. Before joining TIG Global, Mr. Bradshaw worked in various positions within Hotel Operations as part of management training for Thayer Lodging Group, a private equity firm based in Annapolis, Maryland.
Terri joined TIG Global as a Project Manager in July 2006 to manage the planning and implementation of creative and development-related websites and applications for the company’s full suite of clients. Utilizing her strong interactive agency, financial services and project management background, she quickly rose through the ranks and was promoted a year later to become Director of Project Management. Over the next several years, she honed her skill set and management skills, helping implement major internal and external company efforts. She streamlined TIG Global’s web operations, process and delivery, while keeping an eye on developing competitive service offerings and pricing. Most recently, she spearheaded the expansion of her department to better service client’s needs and implementing TIG Global’s project management/ticketing system. As a result, she was named Vice President of Production in 2011, where she now oversees the Project Management, Production and Copywriting Departments as well as external relations with TIGG’s design and development vendors.
Zack Kovolenko oversees TIG Global’s sales division. Together with TIG Global’s dedicated sales professionals, Zack is responsible for managing the company’s sales efforts across all verticals. Prior to joining TIG Global, Zack was Director of Sales and Marketing at SiriusXM Radio, where he was responsible for driving the sales and marketing efforts for numerous B2B, Retail, Online and Direct Sales partnerships and programs. A seasoned and award-winning sales & marketing executive with more than 12 years of experience, Zack has held several management positions at SiriusXM and was an instrumental sales force during the early years of the satellite radio industry. Zack also holds an MBA from Virginia Tech.
