Pan Pacific
  • 25% year-over-year visitor uptick (Pan Pacific Whistler)
  • Full-service SEO and copywriting for Pan Pacific and PARKROYAL hotels’ 22 properties in Asia and Australia

  • Total Reservation clicks on Open Table increased 76% year over year
  • One-third of all traffic to BOURBON Steak’s site was driven from paid traffic, and nearly 40% of OpenTable bookings came through paid traffic.
  • The website had nearly 42,000 unique views from May to September 2011, an 85% growth over the previous year.

TIG Global designed and implemented marketing for Michael Mina’s BOURBON Steak, a DC’s premier steakhouse in the Four Seasons Washington DC. Using an image-heavy design and simple, intuitive layout, TIGG was able to dramatically increase both visitors and click-throughs, growing traffic by more than 85% from 2010 to 2011.

Dorchester
  • Applied a “retail” model to hotel booking concepts, displaying price next to rich product marketing.
  • Development of a dual booking path, showing users a traditional “book now” or “seek and search” method.
  • Design and implementation of an intuitive user experience model.

TIGG was contracted to design and implement a custom booking solution. Already users of the MICROS OPERA product, they were keen to “own” the booking process and stop paying transactional fees as well as develop a booking interface that reflected their specific requirements, as opposed to making their requirements conform to those of an off-the-shelf product. The stakeholders were particularly concerned about the ability to sell the rooms based on the amazing photography of their very impressive room products. To that end, TIGG designed booking solution that met their unique user experience needs.

Park Central
  • Innovative design concepts with image-heavy design
  • Experiential website that highlights the property’s ideal location
  • Users have the ability to find attractions near the hotel with just a click, bringing the neighborhood to life.

Park Central NY is one of the largest hotels in Manhattan. Just steps from Central Park, the hotel’s location is the biggest selling point of the property. The client’s goals were to create “the best site ever.” They were looking for something cutting edge, pioneering, and the concept we derived was to create something similar to Google Street View.
